It is the coward and the fool, who says,
“This is fate “- so says the Sanskrit proverb.
But it is the strong man who stands up and says, I will make my fate.

Streanth is life,
Weakness is death
Streanth is felicity,
Life eternal,immortal;
Wealness is constrant strain and
Misery; weakness is death.

Anything that makes you weal physically,
Intellectually, and spiritually, reject as poision.
There is no life in it, it can not be true. Truth is strengthening.
Truth is purity. Truth is all knowledge.
